
Application & Information Regarding the Use of the Meeting House

The Hanover Friends Meeting makes its building available to community groups and we suggest donations to help cover the cost of maintenance and operating expenses. Use of the Meeting House must be scheduled in advance with the Resident Caretaker. Please review the following information and submit your application to the Resident Caretaker via mail or email hanovernhquakers@gmail.com. You will be contacted by phone or email.

When using our space, please keep these things in mind:
An advance payment of 50% is due with this application and the balance is due before or on the day of use. Other arrangements can be made for groups utilizing the facilities on an on-going basis.
Suggested Donations
Our building is reserved on a per-room and time of day basis. Please review the donation schedule below. Enter the requested usage schedule and donation on the reservation form that follows on the next page.

We do not rent our Library space so that it may be available as a place for quiet reflection for those who need it. Please note that the Library may sometimes be in use for committee meetings of the Hanover Friends Meeting.
